Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)

I don’t write too many positive reviews, but if I do, it’s because my expectations were exceeded. These guys are the real deal! The installers had so much attention to detail, which you don’t see from many contractors since they want to get in and get out. Not these guys. They took their time, kept things tight and neat. Their craftsmanship and skills are top notch. I could go on and on, but if I could give them 10 ⭐️ I would. Will def use them again. I also want to let Tidewater Flooring know that Antonio is amazing! Super polite and professional. Please make sure you keep these hard working people on your team!! Great job!! 👏

We had a really great experience with Tidewater Flooring. Frank was our sales guy and he made the whole process so easy. He helped us pick out our flooring without it feeling overwhelming, and he was super easy to communicate with the whole time. The install went just as smoothly. The guy showed up on time (which I feel like never happens anymore 😅) and did a really great job. Everything turned out exactly how we hoped. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get new floors done. Just a really easy, positive experience all around.

We recently bought a home and needed new carpet installed ASAP—the existing carpet was extremely worn, matted, and dirty. From start to finish, our experience was excellent. Matt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I initially stopped by the store with my son just to browse, and he took the time to walk me through several options even though I wasn’t sure what I wanted yet. He even offered to come out that same day to measure, which I appreciated. A couple of weeks later when we were ready, I called Matt and he came out the very next day. He brought a variety of carpet samples at different price points, which made the process so much easier. He was able to measure and provide a quote on the spot. While I could have ordered directly from the samples, I chose to visit the store again just to be sure. They had great selection to choose from. We were on a tight timeline with family coming in for my son’s birthday, and Matt truly went above and beyond. He was able to get our carpet ordered and installed in less than a week—while other places were quoting 3–4 weeks. On top of that, their pricing was significantly better than other stores—I was getting quoted about 1k more at other local flooring stores and Home Depot. The installation team was prompt, professional, and did an amazing job. They left everything spotless. They were even able to move a couple large/heavy items so that we didn’t have to bring them downstairs. Matt followed up the next day to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy, which really shows the level of care they provide. The new carpet has completely transformed our home—it’s truly a night-and-day difference. The customer service was top-notch, and I can’t recommend them enough! I’m so happy that I stopped in that day to check them out.

I'm in love with my new floors! Omg! What a difference from carpet with Saint Bernard. Ok so it took me awhile and had put in alot of work to find flooring that was what I wanted, for a reasonable price. Frank came out shortly after I called and measured. I told him what price I wanted to pay based on my research and he agreed. He made everything so very easy. What a Super guy and I trust Franks crew. They finished it all in one day. Gave me options it was just all good buisness. Thanks to Frank and his crew for a great job with an affordable price. I highly recommend this company and love my Luxury Vinyl. Its scratch resistant. Easy to clean. Im aloss for words with how great it all worked out! I look forward to having my upstairs done in my condo in the near future. You won’t find a better flooring company! I’m very critical and have keen attention to detail and will leave negative reviews if the workmanship was not up to par. That being said I could not find a single issue with the quality and thoughtfulness of the crew that was here. They made sure they cleaned up every day and went the extra mile to do the work properly. The work was a lot and took four days to complete but never did I see them rush. Everything was done methodically and to perfection as you can see in the pictures. Frank the owner is a wonderful man who really is interested in making the customer happy. The crew was competent and I didn’t feel uncomfortable with them in my home. Very respectful young men and hard working. I went with them because frank was super nice and he beat the other prices by 7 thousand dollars which tells me those other companies are money hungry. Let frank give you a quote then get two other quotes like I did. I guarantee tidewater will be the company you hire. I’m sure glad I made the right decision.
