You won’t find a better flooring company! I’m very critical and have keen attention to detail and will leave negative reviews if the workmanship was not up to par. That being said I could not find a single issue with the quality and thoughtfulness of the crew that was here. They made sure they cleaned up every day and went the extra mile to do the work properly. The work was a lot and took four days to complete but never did I see them rush. Everything was done methodically and to perfection as you can see in the pictures. Frank the owner is a wonderful man who really is interested in making the customer happy. The crew was competent and I didn’t feel uncomfortable with them in my home. Very respectful young men and hard working. I went with them because frank was super nice and he beat the other prices by 7 thousand dollars which tells me those other companies are money hungry. Let frank give you a quote then get two other quotes like I did. I guarantee tidewater will be the company you hire. I’m sure glad I made the right decision.

Better AND cheaper than anyone else. At first I thought tidewater would be super expensive based on the quality of their work. We had quotes from all the big name “budget” places (empire, 50 floors, floors to go) and Tidewater beat their price by over $4,000 AND used a higher quality product. The installation crew was amazing too. Incredibly hard working and the results are beautiful. Save yourself the hassle and get a quote from Tidewater flooring. Frank was very easy to work with. No high pressure sales tactics. No “let me call my manager to see if we can get a better price…”. He just showed up, measured, and gave us a quote on the spot. He even came back after the install to inspect the quality and make sure we were happy with the results.
